V. Readers Should Take Good Care Of

The Books And Publications, No Scribbling, Leaf-Tearing, Or Book-Stealing Are Allowed. Anyone Breaking The Rules Will Be Fined;

VI. Readers Should Take Good Care Of The Library’s Facilities And Public Property. Anyone Making Any Damage Must Compensate Accordingly.
